Online Notepad is a free, browser-based text editor. The Service operates primarily on the client-side, utilizing your browser's local storage capabilities. We do not store your content on central servers.

2. User Responsibility & Data

You acknowledge that:

Local Storage: Notes live in your device's localStorage.
Data Loss: Clearing your browser cache or "site data" will permanently delete your notes. We cannot recover lost data.
Content: You retain full ownership of the text you create.

3. Intellectual Property

The interface, design, and code are the property of ToolBlaster. You may not reverse engineer or distribute the application code without permission.

4. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the website operator resides.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS. YOU USE THIS TOOL ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
